Eclipse Project Disappeared From Workspace. The list of projects that were in the workspace can still be seen in.metadata/org.eclipse.core.resources/.projects/. If it's in the bin folder then it sounds like eclipse.
Simply delete your minecraft project from eclipse workspace and create a new project with the existing directory as a base directory for this project. Choose general > existing projects into workspace:
